About Vaidehi Patel - Guatemala Healing Hands 2025
It is with profound gratitude that we write this appeal as our team prepares to travel to Guatemala on November 13, 2025 for our 16th service trip.
This year, 45 champions are joining us, among them surgeons, therapists, nurses, anesthesiologists, and students. I will be joining GHHF for the first time but several are returning for their 15th or 16th time. Their commitment speaks to our impact and your trust. On this trip we plan to:
· Evaluate 150+ children for orthopedic surgery, therapy, and custom orthotics
· Complete 60+ life-changing surgical procedures and therapy
· Follow up on our patients from previous years
· Train hundreds of local professionals and students
· Return to Chichoy Alto to continue our community development programs
